I am a graphic designer currently working in-house at the JCPenney Home Office where I design in-store displays and signage.

Previously I worked as a designer at FUNimation Entertainment (a Group 1200 Media company)—the market share leader in licensing and distributing Japanese animation in the United States. There I designed packaging for home video products as well as promotional print materials for a wide variety of animated (and a few live-action) television shows and movies such as Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Eden of the East, Dragonball Z Kai, Lost Girl (which airs on the Syfy network), and many others.

In my spare time I take on graphic design freelance projects and run a small business selling my own illustrations at various conventions.

In 2007 I graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a major in Communication Design and a minor in English. On graduating from the CDES program, my final student portfolio was awarded "Outstanding Performance in Graphic Design" by UNT's Communication Design faculty. Following college, I interned for a year at Dallas-based boutique design studio focus2 Brand Development before being hired on at FUNimation.

My hobbies are cooking, drawing, and traveling.
